The ePassporte Visa Electron Card may be used to make purchases at retail locations where Visa is accepted electronically and to withdraw funds at over one million Visa and/or PLUS ATM locations worldwide.
Both the Visa Virtual Account and the Visa Electron Card may be purchased instantly online. The Visa Virtual Account may be used immediately and the Visa Electron Card is shipped to the Account Holder at no additional cost.
